New Year!
-Alicia Jackman

It's so nice to begin a new year. I'm so excited for 2010 and hoping to improve myself in many areas. Now that I've had the baby the baby weight must go! Like every year I want to improve my health, but now I need to so I can fit back into my clothes.

Also this year I am really hoping to be able to be more organized, be more punctual and in doing that may life feel slower and not so out of control. I am enjoying my kids and hope that we can have some fun and memorable times together this year.

We have had so many blessing happen this past year that we couldn't see as blessings at the time. Bob's new job has been a great blessing as now the Jordan District is having financial problems. There are so many other things that we are so grateful for.

I'm so grateful for a husband that recognizes things that our family need and has faith that things will work out for the best. We have now been married 8 years and it's been a wonderful journey with him. He's such a great example for me. He's also a wonderful father which I am also incredible grateful for.

Wishing everyone the best of the new 2010 year!

Winter Time
-Damon Jackman

I am really missing Summer time with the warm weather where I can play outside and ride my bike and play in the pool. I really liked throwing snowballs though this winter. I also had a really fun Christmas I got a ninja sword, two bullet guns with targets, and lots of other stuff too. I'm doing so well in school. I've already passed off all my sight words that I need to know to graduate Kindergarten. I am also a big helper with my new brother. He's my buddy and smiles when I play with him. I like to tease my sister, but we're also really good friends too.

Almost 4
-Kylie Jackman

I have been a really big helper for Mom. I throw away the baby's diapers, read him stories and beg Mommy to hold him ALL the time! I am doing really good at Preschool too. We're learning shapes, which I've mastered a long time ago thanks to my brother. I still like to play house, dress up like a princess, paint my nails, and my new thing now is to dance with a "Prince" (My brother) and we're getting pretty good at it! :) I also think I'm the Mom sometimes and have become pretty bossy lately. I am really looking forward to my 4th birthday. I told Mom I want a Dora birthday party.

Alaska!
-Bob Jackman

I finally got my iPhone.  I had to fly all the way up to Alaska to get it, but it is pretty cool.  Alicia has to tell me to stop playing on it.  I'm sure the newness will wear off soon.  Alaska was good.  I got to be up there for a week in the dark and cold to be with the whole company and get to have some training and some collaboration time.  It was good to get back and be home, though.   The new job is going well, and I am having a great time.
Alicia and I celebrated our 8th anniversary.  I can't believe that it has been 8 years already.  The time just seems to fly by.  She is so wonderful and I am very grateful to have her.
